|Personal Training Rates|
$75 Assessment and Program Design:
Before starting your Personal or Traveling Trainer Training Program we will spend 1-2 hours evaluating your current movement patterns and cardiovascular ability. During this Assessment your Personal Trainer will create a systematic exercise routine based on the information found during your Assessment.
Below are the different packages you can purchase and use within 6 months of purchase. We can meet 1-5 days/week to meet your training needs. An Assessment is required for all items listed.
No Contract Price:
This $65/hour option is for you if you are not interested in contractual commitments. This would be perfect if you wanted to make sure your lifting form is correct or current training program is on track. *Assessment required
4, 8 or 12 Personal Training Sessions:
This discounted rate of $45 to $55 per hour when package is paid in full. *Assessment required.
After your Assessment we will create 3 workout programs for you to alternate throughout the month for the cost of $175 - which is a one time fee. We will meet once to go over the 3 workouts. There is accountability to check in with your Trainer by email or text after each workout. Return for more when you're ready! *There are restrictions for some clients. We will determine if you qualify for this program after your Assessment.
If you are interested in Personal Training and enjoy working out in a group then this option is for you! Create your own group, time, and location with friends and we come to you. There is a 1 month commitment for all participants. We will create a systematic training approach for you individually while you are training in a group. There is a minimum amount of 3 people and a maximum of 6 to ensure an individualized program.
*Rates are based on client coming to my location or within 15 miles of my house. Additional .75/mile over the 15 miles (30 round trip).
